건새우 50g, 버터 1T, 청양고추 1개, 설탕 1T

\[조리순서\]

1\. 팬에 기름 없이 건 새우를 볶는다. 2\. 새우가 살짝 익으면 버터와 청양고추를 넣고 볶는다. 3\. 버터가 녹으면 설탕 1T를 넣고 잘 저어 완성한다.
