물 적당량

기름 적당량

키친타올 적당량

1\. 달궈진 팬에 베이컨을 올린다.

2\. 베이컨이 잠길 정도로 물을 붓는다.

3\. 물이 끓이면 중불로 낮춘다. 물을 붓는다. (물을 넣어 구우면 누린내가 제거돼요.)

4\. 물이 거의 없어지면 약불로 낮춘다.

5\. 납작한 접시에 키친타월을 깐다.

6\. 베이컨을 겹치지 않게 올린다.

7\. 키친타월로 다시 덮는다.
